Sooners in the Community

As of July 2nd, our athletes have taken on the role of Camp Counsellors at the Stittsville Mega Dome from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. This two-month camp runs until the end of August. During these camps, our athletes engage kids in activities like frisbee, dodgeball, baseball, bouncy castles, soccer, and big slides. They are building great relationships with these kids and providing them with an active summer. This is a huge step for us, and we plan to continue with similar community initiatives in the future.

We are also collaborating with the YMCA this summer! From July 15th to 18th and August 6th to 9th, we will be visiting 8 YMCA locations across the city. Our athletes will be conducting football skills training and activities with kids from 12pm to 2pm. The groups will range from 20 to 65 kids per location
